Tania E. (Dee Dee) Fuller                       Dee Dee Fuller practices in the corporate and business area.  She is a member of  the American Bar Association; State Bar of Michigan; and the Grand Rapids Bar Association.  Dee Dee presently serves as the secretary of the State Bar of Michigan Business Law Section and is past Chairperson of the Grand Rapids Bar Association Business and Taxation Section.  Dee Dee is a member of the State Bar of Michigan Unincorporated Entities Committee and is an active speaker on a variety of business topics, including mergers and acquisitions, limited liability companies and entity selection. Dee Dee is a cum laude graduate of the Thomas M. Cooley Law School where she received her Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and a cum laude graduate of Aquinas College where she received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.  Dee Dee has also earned various insurance industry designations, including the Charter Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation. Before forming Fuller Law and Counseling, P.C., Dee Dee practiced at a large law firm in Grand Rapids for many years and before that she was the Risk and Insurance Manager at Meijer, Inc., a large retailer in Grand Rapids, Michigan.  Dee Dee is a graduate of the Leadership Grand Rapids Program and is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Michigan.  She is also an adjunct professor at Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Grand Rapids. Gerling                                                                                                   David C. Gerling of Fuller Law and Counseling, P.C., Coopersville, Michigan, practices in the areas of Estate Planning and Probate, Employment Law, Employee Compensation Plans and Contracts, Commercial and Real Estate Litigation. He is a member of the Grand Rapids Bar Association and the Federal Bar of West Michigan.  David is a cum laude gradute of Thomas M. Cooley Law School.  He also obtained a bachelor's degree in business from Grand Valley State University.   Before joining Fuller Law and Counseling, P.C., David worked at a medium law firm in Grand Rapids for over fifteen years and before that was the Vice President of Operations and Director of Personnel at Reliable Coroporation of Muskegon. Duston                                                                                                                               Laura focuses her practice in the areas of General Civil Litigation, Business Law, Employment Law, Estate Planning and Probate.  She is a graduate of South Texas College of Law; St. Edward's University where she earned her Master of Business Administration degree; and the University of Texas where she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree.  Laura is licensed to practice law in both the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the State of Michigan. She is a member of the American Bar Association, Kentucky Bar Association, and the State Bar of Michigan. Before joining Fuller Law and Counseling, Laura worked as an attorney in Holland. She also worked for a large aerospace company in Human Resources. Laura is a graduate of the Leadership Holland program, a member of the Lakeshore ATHENA Committee and serves as a Director on the Child Development Services Board.
